Аннотация
The paper solves the problem of automatic stabilization of the position of telecommunication tethered highaltitude platforms in the airspace under the influence of external factors such as wind, birds, turbulence, etc. An autonomous active local navigation system for tethered unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), performing the functions of telecommunication modules and repeaters of base station signals in a wide frequency range, is proposed. The distinctive feature of proposed system is operation in active mode, which significantly increases the accuracy of determining coordinates and noise immunity of the system.
