Abstract: The intelligent scientific and technical documentation processing system is designed to process the flow of documents on research projects, including technical specifications, reports, publications, project documentation, patents, etc. It is necessary to organize the storage of documents and their processing, including: metadata extraction, recognition and indexing of texts, systematization of documents by dates and scientific directions, multi-criteria analysis of the package of documents for the project, including both formal features (organization, authors, deadlines, list of documents, compliance with a given format), and analysis of the text of documents, for example, matching the theme. The intelligent processing system of the STD is based on a microservice structure. Given the heterogeneity of the tasks that arise, the partial structuring of documents and multi-stage processing, the storage system is presented in the form of several repositories of different formats, each of which stores a document or data in a form prepared for the next stages of processing. The system is currently implemented as a functional prototype. The article discusses the advantages and problems of the existing data storage organization, the experience of its use, promising options for its improvement and development.
