In the conditions of digitalization, the influence of the adverse human
factor in the production system is minimized, and a person gets the opportunity to
engage in creative activities rather than routine ones and work in more comfortable
conditions, that is, in parallel with technocentricity, human-centricity is formed in
industries. IPU RAS has developed a methodology for modeling the process of tech6
nological preparation of flexible production of various products (including automatic
machines) in various production conditions, taking into account the probabilities of
high-quality technological operations. It is noted that flexible production can be real9
ized only in conditions of digitalization. The proposed methods and algorithms can
flexibly adjust to different production conditions and help the technologist decide on
the possibility and expediency of putting the product into production. As a further
development of this methodology, the relevance of the scientific problem of creating
a unified formalized approach to studying the process of organizing human creative
work in flexible industries is substantiated. It is shown that one of the components
of the formalized description is the probability of the targeted use of working time,
which is proposed to be determined using the results of population surveys.
