Аннотация
The paper examines the role of software in ensuring the safety and efficiency of the functioning of Safety-Critical instrumentation and control (I&C) systems at nuclear power plants (NPPs). The paper analyzes current problems of assessing the quality of software for systems important for the safety of NPPs. The paper discusses promising areas for improving software quality assessment processes.
