Аннотация
A mechanism for monitoring environmental pollution in a transport holding company exposed to random external influences has been developed, taking into account the discrepancy between the goals of its constituent companies and their employees. A two-tier digital training and incentive program is provided for company executives and their employees to prevent data manipulation.
