Аннотация
A theory and methodology for constructing sustainable transport development systems based on saving natural resources and reducing environmental pollution have been developed. A management of these systems is provided by organizational mechanisms for sustainable transport development, including digital procedures for forecasting with training, planning, resource allocation, and stimulation.
