Paper offers mechanisms of situational management with purpose in unique programmatic-technical means of the parameters stability providing in the side system of space vehicle. Offered approach, allowing minimize the errors of treatment of results of tests on external influences. The mechanism of minimization of number of surface tests of the means created formed only in a copy.
