Аннотация
For the microfluidic flow-meter based on the seven-stage generator, the experimental and analytical transfer characteristics for both the pressure and flow-rare are obtained. The pressure characteristic reflects the dependence of the output frequency on the differential pressure at the input. The flow-rate characteristic corresponds to the dependence of the output pulse number on the test gas volume.
