The article examines two-tier production control in a corporation. There is the Boss of corporation on the upper tier and the Director of the enterprize on the lower tier. The Boss is less informed about the production capabilities of this enterprize than the Director. First, a theorem on the optimal ranking of the Director into two ranks is proven using rates obtained using a digital training algorithm. When the conditions of theorem are met, production is maximal, and the best assessments that minimize risks of inexperienced Boss are determined. The second theorem is proved about the Boss's optimal ranking of the Director into four ranks using two rates, obtained by two digital training algorithms. In this case, the Director is motivated to increase production. Thus, if the conditions of the theorems are met, the interests of the Director coincide with the interests of the Boss and the corporation as a whole.
