Аннотация
Simple mathematical models describing the influence of speed and cost of transportation on rational settlement decisions are proposed. Threshold values of parameters of urban and suburban air mobility technologies are determined, at which becomes possible the transition to free settlement within agglomerations with sizes of the order of hundreds of kilometers
