Аннотация
The authors consider that the Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) used at digital substations create conditions for effectively applying the parametric identification method. We present the mathematical formulation of the parametric identification problem for PMUs. The authors propose a practical method for estimating the unknown parameters of a PMU mathematical model with a two-stage generalized least squares method.
