The development of a reference and advisory geoinformation system (RAGIS) with integration into a neural network (NN), designed to provide assistance in management, is presented. The choice of the best neural network training paradigm for the system being developed is given, as well as the main (general) models and methods for solving current problems for the management sphere. Further development of the capabilities of the system being developed is given. Представлена разработка справочно-консультативной геоинформационной системы с интеграцией в нейронную сеть, предназначенной для помощи в управлении. Показан выбор парадигмы обучения нейронной сети для разрабатываемой системы. Приведены основные (общие) модели и методы решения текущих задач для управления. Показаны возможности дальнейшего развитие разрабатываемой системы.
