Аннотация
This paper discusses the period analysis of a vibration signal taken from the publicly available Machinery Fault Database (MAFAULDA) dataset. The theoretical background of the methods used to analyze periodicity in a time series is presented. The definition of almost-period is given and the mathematical apparatus of shift functions for its search is described. The study and search of almost-periods in a vibration signal using shift function are described.
