This paper presents an interdisciplinary research in cybersecurity, examining the impact of employees’ behavioral factors on vulnerability to phishing attacks by email, using various scenarios. The research considers the psychological traits of employees in different departments of a company and assesses their influence on susceptibility to phishing attacks. The author proposes an approach that allows companies to develop more effective counter-phishing strategies. This approach helps identify unique psychological and behavioral patterns that can serve as risk factors in the context of phishing attacks
