For a long time, the most dangerous threat in war has been an enemy’s unpre dictable decisions and attacks. Te enemy can be a terrorist organization, a political rival in the international arena, an adversary using psychological warfare, and so on. Currently, an intruder uses modern digital technologies for decision-making in psychological warfare, including big data analysis and artificial intelligence (AI). However, the decisions made with traditional big data analysis and AI, which use logical and neural network bases, can be predicted by opponents with some level of possibility. Traditional AI can help to create a psychological attack that exploits rivals’ behavior and their cognitive biases, which can be foreseen. However, it is believed that only human free will and uncaused decisions, which cannot be explained and do not obey any mathematical or physical laws, cannot be predicted. It is expected that strong artificial intelligence will provide such an opportunity.
