This article represents results of the development of the test four-stage generator intended for investigating the frequency characteristics of microfluidic bistable elements, as well as results of the experimental research of this generator. The work represented is, in some sense, an extension of the previous one described in [1] and [2]. At the same time, this gives another example of the development of the discrete microfluidics, using the method of the multidimensional network models (the MNM-method). The main results obtained include the model (MNM), the design, the device, the testbench, and the frequency characteristics of both the bistable elements and the generator. Thus, with this article, there is the possibility to consider the developmental operation sequence, beginning from the choice of a required implementation of the device to be created and ending by the experimental data.
