Аннотация
The formulation of the problem of improving software quality for decision support and management systems according to the criterion of minimum losses from harmful effects of atmospheric pollutants has been developed. An approach to compiling a system of nonlinear differential equations in the form of Cauchy, characterizing the change in the quality of software, is proposed.
