The paper describes the system of control, monitoring, and diagnostics (SHA) included in the OPERATOR integration platform for instrumentation and control systems. The article presents the architecture of the SHA and considers different types and ways of diagnostics, monitoring, and control implemented within the system. The work pays special attention to the diagnostics integrity and configuration of an instrumentation and control system
