Аннотация
The author considers the controlled process of designing and functioning of ecosystem business models, carried out by applying a multi-project approach, which implies the formation of conjugated and complementary projects that are implemented in a complex manner. A model for creating and managing an ecosystem and a method approach for evaluating the effectiveness of an ecosystem's functioning are proposed.
