The 20th International Conference on Technology, Culture and International Stability (TECIS’2021) was held on September 14–17, 2021, in the virtual format at Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences (ICS RAS, also referred to as the Institute). TECIS conferences are traditionally held under the auspices of the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC). The organizer of the anniversary 20th conference was ICS RAS, together with the National Committee on Automatic Control and IFAC Technical Committee (TC) 9.5. Technology, Culture and International Stability. Also, the conference was supported by IFAC TC 5.4. Large Scale Complex Systems and IFAC TC 9.1. Eco- nomic, Business and Financial Systems.
