Аннотация

A comprehensive study of socioeconomic factors affecting the situation of children and families with children in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is a social requirement and an important scientific problem. In this paper, a method for estimating the child well-being index based on the threshold indicator aggregation model is considered. Three ways of ranking the indicators are presented. The results of the pilot experiments are shown in the cartogram of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
