This research is motivated by two research questions: how does context of information affect the quality of business processes and how does the context problem relate
to the type of organization management.
In accordance with Business Process Management (BPM) theory and practice,
process-oriented companies should pay attention to such process aspects as the process stages, resources, IT support, and information fows. Many organizations today
focus their management on identifying and modeling business processes with analysis for time, cost, resource compliance, and performance. At the same time, the
context of the messages to be communicated in business processes should include
complete and relevant information clearly understood by all sides of communication to make proper interaction
