The theoretical and methodological foundations, methods, technologies and components of the complex of models for strategic management of the development of large-scale transport infrastructure are characterized. The use of the complex of models is illustrated by examples of strategic management of the development of transport infrastructure of Siberia, the Far East, the Russian Arctic, and of JSC Russian Railways.
