A system developed for the rapid design of communication networks is considered. Designed for tasks in which the ability to conduct research areas is limited by time or budget. It is assumed that the equipment is insufficient to fully cover the territory with network access zones. The terrain is analyzed for signal propagation and routes of movement of subscribers, given weight characteristics by characteristics. The use of ready-made sets of network equipment is proposed. The design task is reduced to finding points for placing devices on the ground. Search engines are carried out using the gradient descent method, as a function of the subscriber's access layer function to the network.
