Аннотация
According to the “passive experiment” with the use of a modified method of the cutting Poincare surface, a comparative study was made of the long-term development of the regions of Germany. Such a comparative study of the dynamics of development made it possible to identify for Germany the presence of three formed groups of regions. It was revealed the existence of threshold values of the specific Gross Domestic Product and specific disposable income that prevent the transition of the region to successful development
