The mathematical methods and the system of built on their basis models are offered. The methods and models are developed to ensure the safe aviation transport systems’ functioning. Different dangerous situations that lead to accidents caused by human factor are analyzed. The ways of prevention this accidents with using developed models are offered. It is suggested using of the developed methods and models in a prospective safety systems for the next-generation airplanes.
