Аннотация

We have developed an approach to solving the problem of coordinating the functional structure of the decision support and management system based on the criterion of minimum losses from the harmful effects of industrial and vehicle air pollutants, based on the use of the mathematical apparatus of the theory of graphs and system dynamics.
