The paper considers the problem of complex activity coordinated planning, which is typical for hierarchical organizations. The authors have built a coordinated planning algorithm with integrated efficiency estimation for the case of separable costs. We also propose the method to account for the synergetic effects by analyzing the agent’s activity occurrences in the vertex coverings of the complex activities’ dependency graph.
