The Covid-19 pandemic has become a serious test for the Global Economy and for the countries of the African continent. But this problem alone has a serious impact on the development of the Modern Economy. Climate change, caused by the need to transition to a low-carbon economy and the development of "green energy", has a significant impact on the possibilities of post-pandemic development of the World Economy. In this regard, the peculiarity of the current moment for African countries is that it is in these conditions that opportunities and chances are created, the use of which will allow the countries of the African continent to become a full-fledged “green” energy partner of developed countries and solve issues of their socio-economic and innovative development.
