Аннотация
The GTOC is an international global trajectory optimization competition, which was organized in 2005. GTOC X was organized by winners of GTOC 9 and started on May 15, 2019 with the post of the problem statement on the official website. The solution submission period closed on June 12. The problem was called "Settlers of the Galaxy". The task of competition is to settle as many of the one hundred thousand star systems as possible, in as uniform a spatial distribution as possible, while using as little propulsive velocity change as possible. The settlement of the galaxy starts by fanning out from our home star, Sol. Once another star is settled, further settlements can fan out from that star. Solutions that are submitted earlier rather than later in the submission period will be rewarded a bonus. Our team 31 MSU-RAS- RUDN have participated in GTOC for the first time. The manuscript is about the competition format, the problem statement, summary of results and our solution.
