Аннотация
The report presents recommendations for system integration of modern information and communication technologies and automation tools with transport infrastructure, vehicles and user services based on a prototype of a virtual semantic environment. The accompanying system changes, aimed at providing a set of innovative services for various modes of transport, are presumably designed at achieving sustainable mobility through improving the efficiency, safety and environmental friendliness of the transport process and improving the infrastructure of highly automated and intelligent transport systems.
