The article presents the results of the Russian universities demand and supply marketing analysis of the educational services using the example of training IT specialists and specialists for related fields of activity. It analyzed the features of the IT industry development, studied the dynamics of vacancies and specialists' curriculum vitae in the domestic labor market, identified the need for specialists of various qualifications and examined the features of their employment. Based on the trends identified by the authors, conclusions are drawn about the long-term dynamics of supply and demand in the educational services market for the IT specialists training.
