The problem of equivalency for linear differential operators of the first order is discussed. In this paper we continue to study invariants and structures on linear differential operators. The cases of differential operators of order k ≥ 2, acting in line bundles, were studied in papers [3–5]. In this paper we study linear differential operators of the 1st order, acting in sections of a vector bundle π : E (π) → M, where dimM = n ≥ 2, dim π = m ≥ 2.
