This paper is devoted to the problems of state administration in the youth sphere. The substantiation of efficiency increase of public administration in the youth sphere is presented in connection with adverse tendencies of its development. The conomic and social indicators of the effectiveness of public administration in the field of youth policy, which should be considered in relation to the resources consumed by them, are substantiated. The algorithm of integral estimation of efficiency of public administration in the sphere of youth policy taking into account values of grouping of indicators has been constructed. The equation of calculation of an integral indicator of efficiency of public administration in the youth sphere are presented, taking into account mutual influences of indicators of efficiency and the total expenses made by the state for change of relative values of indicators of efficiency.
