basic principles of a scenario approach application to research of decision-making problem on optimum development of industrial systems are stated. Possible approaches to modelling are considered. The formalized description of the scenario of acritical development is entered. A synergetic and attractive development scenarios are considered.The scenarios received for behaviour models of sign graph and production function are studied. For each of them features of formation of optimum scenarios of industrial systems development are shown in view of ecological risk.
