Аннотация
The efficient piece-rate compensation system is usually the result of the compromise agreement between employees and the employer. This study is mainly focusing on the process of reaching a fair compromise agreement on piece-rate compensation system. The discussed problem relates to the issues of behavioral operations and behavioral operations management.
