Аннотация
Strategic planning in manufacturing management is a difficult and ill-defined process with high-level strategic risks. Many non-predictable factors influence both goal definition and methods to ensure goal achievement. Many participants in the process must take into consideration their non-formalised interests and desires. This paper put forward the claim that the author’s convergent approach, cognitive modelling and creating trust space with blockchain can accelerate assessing the manufacture’s strategic risks during the first steps of strategic creation. The three-block strategic risk temperature (SRT) assessment proposed in this paper can proactively reduce risks and speed-up achieving goals. The approach can be applied to an enterprise’s components, for example, a project, a subdivision or any supply chain. The approach has been tested in real practice in the field of city building
