The paper addresses the issue of the holistic assembly of strategic subjects that cannot be carried out by classical approaches with logical and formalized techniques only. To take into consideration non-formalizable aspects of collective decision-making (unconscious, corporate spirit, emotions, feelings, thoughts, meditations, etc.), the principles of ensuring the convergence of the holistic assembly are formulated based on the methods of inverse problem-solving, artificial intelligence, category and topology theories, thermodynamics, and quantum semantics. This paper focuses on the application of quantum semantics that helps to accelerate the convergence of the holistic assembly of strategic subjects, making it more purposeful and sustainable.
