Аннотация
Using the "passive experiment", a steady dependence of the value of the specific regional gross domestic product on the population density for the three existing groups of German regions was reveal. It is shown that reliance on hidden intangible assets, due to historically established positive self-identification, makes it possible to significantly accelerate the socio-economic development of the region.
