The paper deals with control problems for linear systems with taking into account control resources limitations. The use of modal synthesis under given restriction is not possible. The class of systems for which the stabilization problem (tracking) with respect to output variables has a solution is extended. Control inputs are considered in the form of discontinuous functions or linear functions with saturation. Both cases ensure compliance with the restrictions on controls, and in the second case also restrictions on their derivatives. The problem of dynamic compensation of disturbances of a given class is solved. The problem of output variables stabilizing is also solved as application to non-minimal phase linear systems. The basis of the developed algorithms is the block principle in the control synthesis.
