Аннотация
The problem of the closed loop characteristic polynomial construction from engineering performance indices for pole placement procedure is considered. The characteristic polynomial formulae are offered from desired stability margins radius for the case of minimum-phase plant with real poles. Limitations for other cases, the achievable steady-state error and settling time are considered.
