National Research University Higer School of Economics is for the first time hosting
The 21st IEEE Conference on Business Informatics (CBI) (http://www.cbi2019.moscow) which will be held on 15-17th of July, 2019 in Moscow, at Myasnitskaya street, 9-11, HSE campus.

On behalf of organizing committee from School of Business Informatics, Faculty of business and management, HSE,
I would like to invite you to participate at the leading international conference for state-of-the-art research in Business Informatics and submit your research paper for consideration.

The IEEE Conference Series on Business Informatics is the leading international forum for state-of-the-art research in
Business Informatics. The 21st IEEE CBI 2019 calls for submissions in
the multidisciplinary field of Business Informatics, and welcomes a multitude of theoretical and practical
perspectives and mind-sets on today’s challenges of the digital transformation.

Manuscripts must be in English and are restricted to 10 pages in IEEE 2-coloumn template (A4).
In the submission form, select the conference track that best fits with your manuscript’s topic, or choose
“General Topics” if not covered by the tracks.
Review process is double-blind; your names and affiliations must not be explicitly listed in the manuscript. However, you should keep all cited
references in the submission’s bibliography intact.

There are several workshops and a doctoral consortium associated with the conference (information is available at the web-site).

Accepted papers will be published as IEEE proceedings and submitted for integration into the IEEE Digital Library (indexed in Scopus/WoS).

Abstract submission (not mandatory): 31st, January, 2019
Full paper submission: 1st, March, 2019
Notification of paper acceptance: 10th, May, 2019
Camera-ready paper submission: 1st, June, 2019
