Аннотация
The requirements for the completeness of the patent information fund are formulated. The definition of the structural, functional and informational completeness of the patent fund is given. The proposed methodology, formal models and methods for analyzing and assessing the completeness of the fund. The obtained results were used in assessing the completeness and improvement of the thematic databases of the patent information fund of the Eurasian patent office.
