Joint realization of the system of logical and arithmetical functions is considered as a special case of the integer arithmetic. It is proved that the arithmetical polynomial can be assigned to any ordered system (cortege) of logi-cal functions in forms such as the generalized disjunction or generalized Zhegalkin polynomial. For these systems, a diagnostic method is proposed. The proposed tech-niques are shown to be readily diagnosable.
