One of the important types of intellectual management in social engineering is information management. In the paper, information management structures and technologies in social networks are characterized. The tasks of analysis and optimal synthesis of information management structures in social networks have been set. Methods for solving these tasks are proposed, in particular, the coordination of interests and the determination of the number of centers and boundaries of information management structures. A model for coordinating the boundaries of different types of information management clusters in social networks is considered. Algorithms for analyzing data on the social network and determining the boundaries of information management clusters are developed
