The distributed information and telecommunications network (ITN) of a developing large-scale transport corporation must adapt to changes in the transport network and transportation processes. The complexity of maintenance of each of ITN regional subnets is determined by the complexity of control the segment of the transport network to which this subnet provides information and communication. The task is to optimize the number of maintenance centers and their boundaries of responsibility, minimizing the maximum complexity of ITN subnets maintenance. Methods and algorithms for solving this problem have been developed using program of development of the corporate transport network and transportation processes.
