This talk is a sort of declaration of intent. I'd like to give you a comprehensive overview of the math we are going to use to solve the problems. We are not in the situation when there exist well-developed theory, just take it as it is and apply. The problems I describe have solid educational impact, I'd like to list research projects inspired by this NextGen Project narrative.
