The Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics, Russian Academy of Sciences, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod (National Research University), and Novosibirsk State (National Research) University are jointly organizing the 14th International Conference on Parallel Computing Technologies (PaCT-2017) to be held in Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, September 4-8, 2017.

PROCEEDINGS
The Conference Proceedings is planned to be published as a volume of the Springer LNCS series (WoS, Scopus) and distributed at the Conference. As usual, we also plan to publish selected papers in a special issue of an indexed international journal. 
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Conference is English. 
PAPER SUBMISSION AND IMPORTANT DATES
A full paper (up to 15 pages) should be submitted by February 15, 2017.  An extended abstract (5-7 pages) can be submitted by March 31, 2017. Please, bear in mind that it is more difficult for the Program Committee to decide about your work having just an abstract in hand.
In order to submit a paper or just indicate your interest in the PaCT-2017, please register at the site of the conference and follow the instructions which you will find there.

VENUE
The conference sessions will be held in the University of Nizhni Novgorod (UNN). The UNN is a prominent institution of research and training in the field of supercomputing technologies, participating in federal Russian scientific and educational programs and partnering with many Russian, foreign and international research and industry organizations.
Nizhni Novgorod is a city in the central Russia, the administrative center of Privolzhsky Federal District and of Nizhny Novgorod Region. The city developed from a fort founded by Grand Duke Yury II in 1221 at the confluence of Volga and Oka rivers. It became an important economic, transportation, scientific, educational and cultural center in Russia, one of the most famous hubs for river cruises in Russia. It is 461 km from Moscow along the most popular tourist route in Russia -- The Trans-Siberian Railway. There are many unique memorial buildings, historical places, and culture attractions in the city.  The city’s current transport infrastructure includes a well developed international airport, Strigino, passenger and cargo ports, and one of major railway junctions on Russian railway network.
