Development of the fuzzy set-based apparatus of multilevel hierarchical decision making is a topical problem in the design of the intelligent control systems. The present paper attacks it as applied to the problems of system integration, global monitoring and analysis (SIGMA) of weakly formalizable large-scale processes exemplified by the monitoring at the regional, departmental, or industrial levels. Principles and methods of designing the intelligent SIGMA applications oriented to the problems of anticipatory monitoring formulated in terms of the concept of the intelligent control warehouse are proposed.
