Аннотация
We study the field of rational differential invariants of the left PSL2 (R)- action on the homogeneous space Diff(S1)/PSL2 (R) and use them to give an alternative discription of the shape space and fingerprints, introduced by Mumford and Sharon (Int J Comput Vis 70(1):55–75, 2006).
